Prolife Angel and Child
Reunion
An original Indweller sculpture depicting an angel raising a child gently upward, created as an image of consolation and hope for families who have lost a child.
The story
Story Behind the Sculpture
Reunion was created as an image of consolation for families who have experienced the loss of a child.
The angel raises the child gently upward, transforming grief into a visual expression of hope. Rather than focusing on loss alone, the sculpture points toward the Christian promise that death is not the end—and toward the hope of being reunited in God’s presence.
What the details mean
Symbolism
The Child Lifted Upward
The upward movement gives the sculpture its sense of hope. The child is not falling away, but being received.
The Title — Reunion
The title looks beyond separation toward the Christian hope of seeing those we love again.
The Angel
The angel represents God’s care and protection, carrying the child beyond the limits of earthly life.
The Open Wings
The angel’s expansive wings suggest protection, transcendence, and the movement from earthly life toward heaven.
A Sculpture of Hope and Remembrance
Reunion is especially suited for Respect Life ministries, memorial gardens, cemeteries, parish grounds, hospitals, pregnancy-care ministries, and spaces dedicated to prayer and remembrance for children who have died before or shortly after birth.
